For more than a decade, Diana has honed her craft in the realm of real estate. With extensive experience working in both real estate brokerages, title companies and short sale negotiation firms. Diana has given individuals and families peace of mind by assuring that they are making the correct choices for their specific real estate situation.

From start to finish, Diana works closely with individuals to assess their needs and to propose and execute a plan of action that is designed for their specific circumstances and goals.

Diana is licensed to practice law in Maryland. She also retains and holds a Real Estate Brokers License, and is the owner and Broker of Alpha Realty and Elevate Real Estate Brokerage. She also maintains Title Insurance Producer licenses in both Maryland and Virginia.

Diana received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Diana graduated from the University of Baltimore with her Master’s in Public Administration. Prior to law school, Diana obtained her B.A. in Political Science and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Diana was born in Bulgaria and moved to Maryland when she was 8 years old. Diana now lives in Baltimore with her husband, 3 children and her dog. She’s passionate about taking the road less traveled, and has toured 48 foreign countries, with plans to continue adding more every year.  On the weekends, Diana enjoys going on adventures with her family, and relaxing with a good book.

Peter Severance is Premier Title’s Senior Title Insurance Producer and Escrow Officer. Peter has been with the company since its inception – after several years of successfully negotiating thousands of short sales, Peter began to serve as office manager and expanded his skill set to include servicing clients for their settlements. Peter manages the back end administrative functions, but also focuses on settlements and ensuring that clients have all the information needed to feel confident and assured in the purchase or sale of their home. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Peter has spent considerable time assisting clients in many aspects of their transaction, from title issues, short sale negotiations and even legal contract disputes. Peter is also a licensed Realtor within the Diana Khan Real Estate Group Companies. 

Peter graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and resides in Baltimore County. In his spare time, Peter can be found pursuing his hobbies of archery and golfing. When not spending time at work or in the great outdoors, Peter can be found enjoying a good sci/fi or fantasy novel, drinking a fresh cup of coffee with his cat Fenris and playing board games with his friends and family.
